My boneless wings were burnt. I asked for fried hard they were not edible at all
Quality has been going down drastically. Boneless wings are over breaded. Ordered both boneless (for kids) and bone-in (for adults) this time and both sets came boneless. Also saw that sanitation score is now a low C. Although I love the atmosphere, location, and flavors, think we will be looking for a new wing place.
Tab is amazing.
I ordered cajun ranch and Bleu cheese ranch wings. Both were served dry at this location and there was little to no sauce. I had the same in other locations within Charlotte, NC and they were way better.
I placed an online order at 3 pm with pickup scheduled for 6:30 pm the same day. I arrived at 6:30 and the order was not ready. It was finally available for pickup at 7:15 pm.

I order a lot from East Coast and the food is ready on time and is always hot and delicious, except for the salads of course. Food is delicious and unmatched in this area!

The atmosphere is nice and resturant was pleasant. The wings I ordered that day weren't hot like I ordered or particularly tasty. I may give another try in the future

I purchased a local flavor certificate for East Coast Wings and Grill, but as soon as I walked in there was a sign that said local flavor certificates were no longer accepted.

Boneless chicken wings
We ordered your 25 pcs wing special. For the first time in quite some time they were tender and juicy. Not overcooked. Karen was very proficient.
