My order was completely wrong as if they had not even listen to what I said
Great selection of beers! (GUINNESS!)
The chicken was so overcooked on two of our meals that it was closer to jerky than chicken.
Cody is one of the original, as well as Alicia. They have made a tremendous impact on this location here in Kannapolis. When ever I come in they always greet with a smile. The food is amazing too, so of the other staff members could be a little bit more friendly, but anyway. I'll return again next week.

Great food and speedy service
The service improved over the last few years, but the last couple of times we have ordered, we have been missing food. I am not the type to drive back over fries or chips but it does get a bit frustrating when it reoccurs. Also placed order online, food was given to us almost 40 minutes after the actual pickup time give. I like the restaurant hope these things can be corrected.

Enjoyed the staff they are very nice and helpful. Ask them for something they will their best to get it for you. Randy is the best at his job knows what you before you can tell him great guy need a lot more like him. Shane what can you say about him beside he is short and bald with a flock flying all around him . Shane and Randy keep up the great job that you all do. Thanks Bob for keeping them around. Overall decent, but tables were slightly sticky anf booth seats had crumbs on them.
Floor was little dirty , more for the time of day it was. We are semi early eaters.
My wife and I have been to this location many times. We simply ordered chicken tenders, with a side of chips. AN HOUR LATER our food finally came out. We could have totally understood if it was a busy night, but there were only 5 other couples/families that came in throughout the evening. It is very disheartening to see customer service decline the way it has at the Country Club location.

Label the wing with the sauce on the container. Double check orders for accuracy. Provide more ranch for the volume of wings ordered.
