Fast & Friendly service always.
Excellent food and service!
We have been eating at the Country Club location for 20+ years. Normally, everything is great. This particular time, there were a couple of issues. We ordered the special of 25 wings & a basket of chips. We typically order this item except when the chicken wings were in high demand & this was not available. There is normally extra sauce in the bottom of the tray for the wings. This time - none at all. The amount of chips in this order was about 1/2 of what we normally receive & there was no seasoned salt on them. Normally I would not say anything but you are asking for feedback so I wanted to provide it. We will continue to eat there but will have to check our order when doing take out again. Thank you!
Great meal and Lillian does a great job keeping things on track
Firstly my pick up had an estimated pick up time of 1 hour, then the phone line rang busy every time I called. Once there my food was ready which gave the indication that it was cold since the correct pick up wasn’t given. When checking the bag I noticed that my 15 count of wings were alll drums which I hadn’t requested. Flavors were nasty chicken was soggy. I will never return. This was my first time back in several years and I see I didn’t miss a thing.

Dining in is never a pleasant experience. Food takes too long and this past visit, we sat too long without drink refills even after mentioning that we'd like a refill when our food finally came.

I submitted an online order- which I thought was to Clemmons. When I got there to pick up the order, they didn’t have one for me. I checked my online app and somehow it was showing pickup in king.
I asked if it could be transferred to Clemmons- since it would be about a 45 minute drive to go there to pick up. The manager texted the manager at king and said they would void out the order and credit my account.
This was last week before last and still no credit.
