This is our "go to" restaurant when we want to get in and out quickly. We have always received great food and excellent service. Everything about this place is amazing! The staff is always extremely nice, they have a great selection of tasty food for everyone to enjoy, and the place is very clean. Highly recommended!
The excellent service from the primary bartender (Amber) and Jeff who I thought was the GM. They are always so accommodating and friendly to all of their customers… Not just a select few. They are the primary reason I frequent this establishment.

The wings were way overcooked and not very good at all. When I placed the order I asked for the wings to be wet but when I got them home there was barely any sauce on them. This led to a very dry overcooked wing that was pretty close to being inedible. My wife ate one wing and couldn't eat anymore due to being way overcooked. I did request the wings to be crispy because which I have ordered in the past at ecw and they were perfect especially when they are sauced well but this order was essentially burnt.
I will say the chips were cooked well and the salad was very good.

Salad fresh. Unusual to have perfect lettuce on my grilled chicken caesar salads. Walked in to order, wait time less than 15 mins. Have used Harrisburg and Thomasville locations mostly but this was the best fixer of my salad and wings. Staff friendly and efficient also. Very organized.
The food is not good anymore. There is not enough help in the restaurant. Some of your best food items have been discontinued

Love the wings w a cold draft! We had a large group of family, friend & active kids. Service was very good. Moved tables together and space so we could enjoy the good food & each other without disturbing other customers.
I had placed an online order for wings I went to Clemmons location to pick them up and apparently I had placed the order online for the King location. (not sure how since I have Clemmons setup as my store)...Anyways the manager at Clemmons texted the manager at King to cancel the order so that I wouldn't have to drive 45 minutes out of my way to pick them up and placed the same order for me at Clemmons. I was told they (King) would credit my charge but that it would take 2-3 days.
I complete a survey earlier today giving King a 0 - since I had not yet got my refund. The manager "Jaime Carson" - emailed me promptly and has since credited that charge back for me. I asked for the to send me another survey - so that I could correct my rating of 0.

I submitted an online order- which I thought was to Clemmons. When I got there to pick up the order, they didn’t have one for me. I checked my online app and somehow it was showing pickup in king.
I asked if it could be transferred to Clemmons- since it would be about a 45 minute drive to go there to pick up. The manager texted the manager at king and said they would void out the order and credit my account.
This was last week before last and still no credit.

Excellent food and service!
We have been eating at the Country Club location for 20+ years. Normally, everything is great. This particular time, there were a couple of issues. We ordered the special of 25 wings & a basket of chips. We typically order this item except when the chicken wings were in high demand & this was not available. There is normally extra sauce in the bottom of the tray for the wings. This time - none at all. The amount of chips in this order was about 1/2 of what we normally receive & there was no seasoned salt on them. Normally I would not say anything but you are asking for feedback so I wanted to provide it. We will continue to eat there but will have to check our order when doing take out again. Thank you!
