Great staff always make sure you have what you need. Never have had a bad meal great choices. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to park.
great customer service and the food is always good, Megan and David are the best
There are a lot of empty taps in the bar. As a craft beer drinker I like a variety of brews. There also seems to be a shortage of servers which leads to slower service. Our server was great but sometimes not available.
Wings were perfect

Ranch dipping cups are always half empty. Even when I'm charged .75 for adding an extra dipping sauce.
Too much sauce. Looks like sauce was dumped into plate.

Food is good, employees are friendly, but service needs to improve, go 15 minutes or more without seeing anyone. Might be short of help. Enjoy going there but if not for the specials probably wouldn’t go
Understaffed. Took forever to get drinks. Soda and water in styrofoam cups when everyone else around us received glass glasses.
Update them on rewards program and don't undercook the wings.
Server never came back after taking my order until she brought my check. The person who brought out my salad gave me a tea re-fill, at my request. Being an EC customer for 15+ years and a rewards member, this level of service was very disappointing.
Hopefully much better next time.
Was out of the cookie skillet and I had my bday reward had to get wings instead disappointed

Order came out wrong, visibly wrong like the server could have noticed if she took 5 seconds. So she had kitchen redo and it was still wrong. Again she could have noticed it was wrong if she took 5 seconds bc I did. Brought the ticket to the table and never notified her manager, we asked for her. Filled my cup with wrong drink.
Quite a few of the potato chips I got were soggy & undercooked, like 20% of them were like this. Other than that, the meal was great.
Had a great meal everything looked and tasted great. This location continues to improve
The staff are great! Randy, the bartender, is always friendly, efficient, and makes wonderful cocktails. The food is very tasty and is delivered in a reasonable time frame.

We love your wings...need to be a little wetter though. The last 2 orders we have had (50 wings) were really dry.
This is the best East Coast around. Employees act they are glad to be there. Make sure you have everything you need. Doug is Favorite !!
