Food was great & so was the service
We always do take out, the food is always ready when is should be and still hot when it gets home. The order is correct and food is great.
The food was cold, my sweet potatoe fries were not fully cooked and only 6 fries. Our wings were small and a couple were not full wings. Very disappointed
The meal with my wife and the service we receive from Brittany.

Normally we have plenty of sauce on our wings but this last order we had barely any sauce, and we only got a small blue cheese but normally we get a big container for 25 wings. First time trying pub pretzels and they were really good!

I made an order at 5:15 for pick up at 5:45. When I arrived my order wasn’t ready yet. I was told it would be a few minutes later. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes and was continually told it was being prepared but never given any kind of wait time. When I got home, the quality of the wings was very poor and I didn’t eat 3 of them because of the color of the wing. The staff at the restaurant were nice but the wait and quality of food left a lot to be desired.
Wait time was long, and when we received our check, our waiter took a very long time to come back. I asked the three people who were standing at the hostess station if they could help us and take this check because we needed to leave they said no we had to wait for our waiter so we continued to wait, when he did return, I gave him my loyalty card. He left when he came back he gave me my change never gave me my card back and never even put the points on my ticket so now I have no loyalty card and I did not receive points for that meal , very disappointing

Wonderful food and service as always
My order was switched with someone else’s and I called the delivery person but they had dropped off my order to the wrong person already and couldn’t remedy the situation. I didn’t have time to redo everything so I just had to figure something else out. It was an honest mistake but I ordered from the store directly and not DoorDash or Uber so I would have expected they would know about the error or follow up but never a word.
Food was good BUT, had to wait 45 minutes for our food.
Our waitress was very attentive to refills, the wind were hot and juicy. The house made chips were perfectly cooked unlike many times where they are far to toasty or served semi raw.
We placed an order to go. When we got home the wings had very little sauce and the bang bang shrimp tacos had very, very little. It was as if the order was just haphazardly assembled. The location was busy, so maybe it was an off night. But had this been my first experience with East Coast, I would probably not be a return customer.

Friendly staff, prompt service, delicious food
This place is run down! Tables are always sticky. Decor is dated. Service is slow. If we go here, we have to know that it will take 40-45 minutes to get any food to the table. The lighting is either dark in some seats or a blinding spotlight in your eyes in others. The flavor of the food is good, but it’s hard to get past the lackadaisical service both front of house and back in the kitchen.
I ordered online & went to pick up a few minutes after I was told the order was to be ready. I walked in & told my name & was told my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited for close to 30 minutes before someone else asked me my name & was told my order was ready they just thought I had said a different name. The food was a little cold but still tasty. I do wish we are given the option, online, to order buffalo chicken wraps as crispy & not just grilled chicken.
