How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We come there just about every Friday. The last few weeks the fries have been soggy and cold. I have noticed that it’s ready before time that it says when ordered and it sits and yes it ready upon arrival but it is in a styrofoam container and it sweats so fries get soggy. It’s not under some kind of warmer.
