Complaint: I ordered the Chicken Lettuce wraps
The dish was presented very MESSY looking, the lettuce was not crisp or very fresh. Each lettuce piece had a different amount of chicken on it. It looked nothing like the picture on your menu.
I did not complain, I ate it. The chicken mixture was tasty.
The service was not the greatest and our food was not correct, when brought to the table.
The bar tender Hillary and Johnny are very professional and provide excellent customer service.

Garden Rd in Greensboro! I recommend them all the time and the staff and food are wonderful!

I usually order the wrap but decided to switch it up and ordered wings. The wings were super big like they were on steriods which I hate and they were fried hard. Maybe y’all purchase from a new supplier now because back in the day they were small. I also wasn’t told I would be up charged for choosing 2 flavors. The two flavors were disgusting and they made one wrong. I wasted money and threw the wings away. Never again🤮

We always enjoy going to East Coast Wings. They have a great selection and no matter who we take with us, there is always something they can find to eat and enjoy.
After a few weeks off we returned for our weekly Friday night wings. Everything went well, service was good and wings were prepared on point. And thank you for getting Blue Moon Back on tap.....A really good night..

I go to the one on Country Club. Food is great and the service is outstanding!!! Every time I go there it feels like a family reunion

I place my order I told them I wanted the wings without the bone got my order got halfway down the street had the bone in turn around call bk and the girl said well we will replace them I said ok got bk to the restaurant going in the door they bringing my order up ain’t no way they cook my wings that fast bcause I wasn’t but 5 minutes away from the place got Thoses wings left the restaurant got home they was hard and cold I said they gave me some wings they refried I was so mad I didn’t call nor go bk I just said I will never go there again I couldn’t believe they serve customers this never again

Food is consistently good, prices are good
We usually have a great experience but on Saturday we were really disappointed. First, we were seated in the bar area, which was fine, but the bartender was the only person serving us. She was busy with the bar and it took forever to get any service the entire night, getting drinks to begin with, ordering, refills, and asking for the check, etc. I probably would have ordered more drinks but it just took too long. Then the food was a complete disappointment. My daughter's cheeseburger (from the kids menu) was undercooked to the point where she couldn't eat it, the fries were over cooked, My husband's burger was so much smaller than it usually is (it was the size of my daughter's kids menu burger), and my wrap was not put together well and lacking in the amount of chicken that is usually in it.
Wings were really good. Had a lot of sauce on them, which made them really good.

The food was great! The employees are nice and they always go above and beyond to make everything perfect.
I have been eating ECW for years and have to say I was incredibly disappointed with my last visit. I ordered 25 wings and the wings themselves were good. My wife likes the flats and I don’t care. There were only 5 or 6 flats (usually around half). We ordered lemon pepper dry rub and there was hardly any on any of the wings. We were forced to improvise and use our own seasoning. For me, that is unacceptable and will look for another wing place to frequent. We don’t eat out much and to spend $30 on unseasoned wings is ridiculous. I would never tell someone to not go to ECW, but I think I am done.
Our waitress is wonderful. We always sit in the bar area so we can have her. The food is hot and on time. The beer is cold!
