Allen treated our lawn on 2/15. He was very informative and answered all questions we had about the service.

I like that my specialist is just that, a specialist. He is knowledgeable about the weeds growing in my yard and how to best treat them. I like that he is observant and especially, that he is attentive and personable. David really seems to enjoy his work. It shows in his attitude and my lawn!

David Chocte is our service specialist. I met him for the first time on 1/30/17. He was professional and courteous. He returned today 2/14 for a retreatment of our weeds. Once again he was extremely thorough and professional. I look forward to working with him throughout the year.

Shrub care has been great, trying yard service this year.

Nick Johnson did a very good job and worked with me around an issue where someone failed to have printed in his work order to contact me, preferably 2 hours before arrival, to allow me to feed and take out our new puppy. Scheduling was a mess at best, having a person give me a date and no one showed up and the weather was ok. Then I got a "robo" about when someone would be out and when I called to confirm I was given another date, being the next day,a Saturday. I tried to work my schedule to be here but once again no one showed or called. Finally I got a call for an appointment but the request for a call prior to coming out was not put on Nick's ticket! This is after no less than 3 people telling me it would be on his ticket.
I would give Nick a 10 ------ but wanted to give the company a "1" !

We were very impressed with our specialist Tyler Solak. Tyler took a few minutes prior to starting his work to explain what he was going to do and answered any questions we had. We were extremely satisfied with the service and with Tyler in particular. We felt like he was going to make sure that we were more than satisfied with the job he was performing for TruGreen.

I wrote in a few days ago about a problem that I had with my previous service; today our specialist, Mr. Anthony Felton, came out to the house to take a look. He was extremely nice and explained how the problem would be addressed to our satisfaction. He was very courteous, and we look forward to working with him in the future.
