Really pleased the work of Kris from branch 5049. He was thorough and had a great personality making it a very pleasant experience.

The specialist, Robert Schneider, that performed my service 03/02/2017 was excellent. He is polite, knowledgeable, and offered valuable tips on maintenance of my home's landscaping.
I hope that Mr. Schneider continues to service my account.

I want to also commend "Travis' (don't know his last name) a manager who came to my residence to meet with me and examine my lawn. I was not pleased with my service at the end of last year (over fertilization) as patches of grass had died. I called and cancelled my service after having been a long term Scotts customer. Travis agreed to get my lawn back in shape and proposed a service plan. Thus far, every service has transpired exactly as he said it would. The lawn is looking much better and I think we're off to a good start.

Our lawn specialist David Choate was very helpful and explained the plan for improving our lawn. We were unhappy with the results after having the service since 2015 and were considering stopping it. We gave a rating of 10 based on David and the plan he laid out for us. The lawn will need much more improvement before we recommend TruGreen to anyone - we are hoping that our lawn will also reflect the care that we received from David today. We would highly recommend him!
