Tru Green gets the job done, and does it right! If the customer is not happy, then they will take care of any problem that is occurring. I have had to call a few times concerning minor things, and I got a positive response each time, with follow-up visits to take care of the problems. I have the best looking grass in the neighborhood, and I attribute it to Tru Green!! I also like the fact that the service man always knocks on my door, and answers all of my questions that I have concerning my lawn. They are all very knowledgeable. Thank you, Tru Green, for doing such a great job on my lawn!! As I said, it is the nicest in the neighborhood, and I get compliments on it all of the time, and of course I always mention Tru Green :)

Your service people are genuinely interested in pleasing your customers. You are also very responsive to any concerns we have voiced.
Although not home at the time of services, I can see the results shortly after treatments. I love my green, lush lawn.

Technician is friendly and explains what he is applying to my lawn. I have seen more weeds recently. It is my opinion that I need a special treatment to get the wild onions and dandelions removed. Please let me know if this would be possible.
