I have had 1 customer service rep call me then last week 3 different reps walking thru my neighborhood at consecutive days show up at my door claiming they were my rep. Today Allen Jordan showed up to provide a service. He's is a employee you should look to promote. He was well mannered, understood his job, what my lawn needed, urged me to look past the mess and assured me he would take care of my lawn. Well done!

Anthony Felton is our lawn care specialist and he is really great. He takes his time to care for our lawn. He is easy to talk to and gives super details of his service. HE has been the best specialist we have ever had. Thanks Anthony!

The technician Allen Jordan from Branch #5049 came out to do both of my properties on 3/28/17 and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable man. I've had other Techs back in 2016 but Allen did the most thorough job and I was completely satisfied with the work he performed at both of my properties. I hope he will be my Tech for the rest of this year!

What do you like about our services?

Allen is incredibly polite and professional. So far I haven't seen any change in my lawn, but we've only had two treatments so far. I will say that I'm a little disappointed that TruGreen couldn't have rescheduled our treatment for a day that didn't have really really hard rainstorms right after Allen did our lawn. Seems like a waste. Allen did acknowledge this, and he said if we don't see weeds dying in the next week or so to give TruGreen a call. Wish they could have just waited until it wasn't raining so I could avoid an extra phone errand.

What do you like about our services?

I just want to give a special thanks and recognition to Mr. George Redmond, my TruGreen technician. He took the extra time to explain what was going on with my lawn, the treatment he was going to provide during the service and his plans for the whole year of service. I feel very comfortable with Mr. Redmond's service and commitment to ensuring I have a beautiful yard. His office should recognize him for setting an outstanding example of TruGreen's commitment to their clients.
