My Specialist was Alex Miller with Branch# 5049 in Nashville, TN. Alex did an excellent job of explaining things to me and helping me to understand what was going on with my account and my yard. I very much appreciate the professional service and the time he took with me today.

Kris was professional and courteous. He helped me move a couple of items out of the yard prior to spraying. Note: when the spraying began it became evident that the wind had started blowing "very hard" and it was necessary to move two vehicles to keep them from getting covered in spray. Kris waited about two minutes before completing the spraying until we moved the 2 vehicles.

I like the results I'm getting. Although my yard had a long way to go, with bad soil and all that, I am real pleased with the progress made. We still have a ways to go, but I feel good that my yard will be looking very good by spring of 2018. This year, 2017, is my 2nd year with TRUGREEN.

Chris Burke, our lawn care specialist is always friendly when we see him and takes time to explain the treatments and what is needed for our lawn. Chris is very conscientious about customer service and it shows.

Thanks. Let me say that Allen Jordan is one of the best techs yet. All of the techs sent out by TruGreen have been very informative and caring. Allen Jordan made sure that I was completely satisfied with his service before he left my home. He asked if I had any other concerns about the treatment that he could deal with or report back to TruGreen. I like that kind of service.
The treatment service(s) in the past have been complete and I have been extremely satisfied with my grass growth and weed control.
