Lawn looks better this year than before?
First off I would like to say that my tech Ken Lightle is a very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable fella who I would like to be my primary technician for he answers all my questions of concerns and gives me his professional opinions which I take with out any doubts and he also educates me on those little things that make huge differences in the long run. So all this being said, hoping that it reaches the home office and the Local Vero Beach office, they have a great spokesman for TruGreen and I want them to know this,so, please whenever possible lease schedule Ken to do my lawn and after being a long term customer after approx. 7 years of continual service and even with a few negative issues along the way,I would think that my request and opinion will be honored and fulfilled . Thanks Ken for your professionalism and sincere concerns.

They call when they are due to come. The prices are reasonable. The serviceman is very good at explaining what he is going to do. We liked John Markevitch very much. We would like to have him come every 6 weeks if we could. The second week in August is when he is due to come again.

William Kramer did a great job responding to our call about changes in our lawn regarding spot areas with insect damage. Turned out we had sod web worms. This was treated with Talstar - Bifenthrin. William was professional and explained what we needed to do. We will keep an eye on the insect infestation. Thank you for your timely response. These areas seem to grow rapidly if not treated and we appreciate the timely TruGreen response.
William Kramer, Branch 5810, serviced our lawn this morning. Unfortunately, we weren't at home to say hello but he left notifications on sticks in the front yard and back yard and at our front door. This is critical to us because we have a dog who was with us and don't want him in the yard with just-applied pesticides. Our neighbor witnessed him applying treatment and was impressed, too.
