I talked with William as he performed the service 10/23. He is very conscientious and did a very good job. He showed me a weed which he called "dichondra" and i told him it was giving me a fit. It's all in the grass and I fight it in my Boston ferns
He told me he would spray the weed and take care of it for me.

The technician was dedicated to see that service provided was top notched. Very knowlegable in product and yard care/needs.
It is always prompt and professional by respecting neighbors and not blocking traffic or driveways. We don't have large lots and they always post signs for neighbors who have pets who don't want to walk them on. Actually it works in my favor as it helps keep them from doing the their "business" on my lawn!

Our grass is coming along nicely.
Our lawn looks terrific. One of the services I have is to remove fire ants from the lawn. It appears they are returning, especially in the back of the house. If the lawn specialist sees the ant mounds, I would like him to get rid of the ants.

My TruGreen Technician Richard Thomas is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, personable, professional and very efficient! He has been a regular with my address for the past 4-5 months and I have never had a complaint regarding his service. Prior to Richard, I had to call in almost every month for a year. Each time TruGreen would send a different person out to service my yard who really didn't have an interest in the yard. As a result, the yard showed it.
Since Richard, my yard is healthy and beautiful and I am happy :) !
Please, please , please - let Richard stay on this route forever. He has restored my confidence in TruGreen and I have even recommended a new customer who is pleased with the progress to her yard as well.

Good follow up and observtions
Today was my first visit (account #Phone number removed239) and William Kramer took the time to speak with me, listen to my concerns and service my yard. Although I had cancelled my service with TruGreen several months ago because I wasn't happy with the direction things were going, it appears TruGreen has survived the issues with Scotts, and moved on to be much better than before. I'm not sorry that I re-signed with TruGreen and I'm sure that Mr., Kramer has a lot to do with that. I hope he continues as my full-time specialist.

I am happier now that continuity with having the same service specialist at each visit has resumed. For awhile I had somebody new each time doing my lawn, which is not good because they don't get to know your lawn and the particular problems it is having and therefor can't monitor or notice if there have been any changes, or improvement. Since I complained about this, I have been getting William Kramer consistently, except for once, I believe. Thank you and I am happier that you listened to my complaint. William seems to be doing a good job.
