I was asked to fill out a survey by my lawn care specialist, however I cannot find the survey online. Kenneth Lightle (Branch 5810) did an excellent job, spoke with me at length and made recommendations. I would score him a 10.
The specialist who visited was very informative.
My mosquito infestation has significantly improved after the spaying of the yard.
However, the thing I enjoyed most during my last service was your representative, Rosemarie, who called me to inform that she would be coming to spray the yard. She then called when reaching the house and informed me that she was there and would be spraying. She also call a second time to inform me of my crab grass and ant situation and that Trugreen could assist me with these. The pleasantries present in her manner of addressing me and explains my situation was delightful to hear.

Ken Lightle is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to different aspects of my lawn/ yard care.
First when he arrived, he knocked on our door to ask if there are any issues and/or concerns regarding our lawn. He politely asked me to walk around my yard to show him my areas of concerns. I pointed out to an area I thought to had dollar weed. He pulled one of the leaves to examine it and said this isn't dollar weed, it's a different type of grass. Ken explained the difference between dollar weed and a certain type of grass.
He stated that we have several different kinds of grass growing in our yard and that's the reason for having different colors in the lawn.
He examined my newly planted fox tail palm trees and said that I need to fertilize each one every 3-6 months.
Ken also noticed several dead branches on some of my plants. He recommended pruning.
It is really nice to know that we have Ken as our lawn care specialist who actually took his time in explaining our lawn/ yard card needs.
Thank You Ken!!! Today was a truly educational day. I am all about learning something new!
