William Kramer branch 5810 performed an unscheduled treatment for me to take care of some weeks. He walked the property with me and sprayed the weeds. He was very patient with me spraying my weeds.

Having some one who cares about doing a good job, going over & above. Who will talk to the owner & both can share views. Will say that my lawn front & back never looked so good (smile). Since my lawn is now in good shape can we start treating every 2 months? Its hard being on a fix income.

A key reason for being a customer is that if for any reason you are not satisfied with a service call you can call and explain the reason and Trugreen will come back out and address the issue at no additional cost. The specialists are polite and professional.They also leave lawn care tips that are helpfull.
I found Ken Lightle, branch 5810, to be VERY knowledgeable with all the questions I had to ask. He didn't rush through the answers as though he was in a hurry to just the sell contract & move on. That was a big plus for me. If you don't have time for me, the customer, then I look for a company who does. Ken was quite the opposite and answered all of my many question I had & answered them thoroughly & in a language I could understand. Thanks Ken! Today was my first treatment & I look forward to seeing the progress as my lawn goes through its first year of professional lawn care & becomes the beautiful St Augustine grass it once was!

Frank was here for the first time yesterday. What a nice man he is. I was impressed with the way he explained everything to me and also the way he did the work.
I was very impressed with the fact that before spraying some plants in an island in the front yard, Frank turned over a small bird bath so the chemical would not get into the water. I really appreciated this as I'm a member of The Audubon Society.
The forms that he filled out explained not only the weather conditions at the time of the work, but went into great detail exactly what he did.
If the rest of your service (the lawn service I signed up for) is as good as what I saw on the first visit by Frank, there's no reason I should not be a customer of Trugreen for years to come.

We have a bad infestation of cinch bugs and being from the north we had never experienced them before, we had used truegreen in Pa. so a logical choice, your specialist Jeff Gillette came to help us, was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process, answered question for us and to let us know what to expect

All service technicians are super helpful and they thoroughly explain what my lawn and sometimes my palms need to stay healthy and look beautiful. Our lawn looks 100% better than before we had Trugreen maintaining our lawn. We also learned how to purchase plugs and fill in the empty spots. I spoke with Ken in July and as soon as it gets a little cooler, I will have the lawn aerated. Ken and I had a discussion about my palm tree. I knew about the Epsom Salt; however, I did not know about the other nutriments it needed. There is always something you can learn from the technicians, all you have to do is ask even if it is not in your contract they will try to assist you. Of course, they also try to upsell other services and I realize this is part of their job. It is great to have such friendly individuals who truly care about your lawn. We had thought about new sod before we started service; however, now it is not needed, as our lawn looks great. Thank you Ken for doing such a wonderful job and I hope to see you next month to discuss some other topics as I have so much to learn about growing plants here in Florida.
