TruGreen services my lawn, trees and shrubs often enough to catch problems in their infancy, thereby minimizing the problems. The technicians doing the servicing are knowledgeable about things like when and how much to water throughout the year.
My technician is very knowledgeable and friendly. I like the call back feature if I find issues between services.
The lawn and shrub services have made quite an improvement. Also, the electronic notifications that are sent to us keeps us informed about which service is going to be done for that visit. Lawn technicians are pleasant and courteous.
The interactions I have from office staff to the field techs has always been courteous and smooth. Not all things in life are perfect and things happen but its how they are handled that tells the structure and environment that the business supports. I would be very careful in how TruGreen as a corporation puts too much emphasis and pressure on mounting more responsibilities and always raising the ceiling on sales goals. This is one of the reasons that I have seen a larger turnover in those whom end up servicing me. Also Please do not hire those without Horticultural experience to be my contact with the company as I feel its a bad look for me to be advising and teaching the person I need to lean on to teach and support me. As far as Office staff and my contact there.....She needs a HUGE raise and a thankyou party thrown for her. Sharon Soy is amazing, intelligent and kind. Duplicate her over and over again and you would never have to worry about communications with your clients on the backend of the business.
