My technician, Brian Vereen immediately responded to my telephone call stating that something terrible was going on in about 4 locations within my lawn. Brian was here, collected several possible pests, completed my monthly service and then called me later that evening to tell me
the problem was with Cinch bugs.
He further offered to return in two weeks to make sure the pest condition is under control.

Our specialist was Craig Bennett(49226) today. He basically saved your account today. We had just started in May and had a terrible first visit. We were on the verge of calling and canceling your service but after a talk with Craig we will keep you as our lawn service.
Technician listened to my concerns about weeds and took special action to treat them, with good success. Also, grass is growing and looking much healthier than with service from previous company. Some confusion regarding service day automated notifications that were not accurate after the transition from Scott's seems to be resolved for now. Recent service notifications and days have been reliable.
They seem to be using the right formula for our lawn and it has improved this season.
They will come out free of charge if a problem comes up between applications.

I would like to use this platform to recognise Carla Martin for her outstanding customer service, and has made my experience with your company memorable. After having a sales representative come to my home and inform me, after a number of months as a customer, my lawn was experiencing problems, she has set up an evaluation of my lawn to ensure it is in tip top shape. I also expressed concerns that the up-sale representatives were unpleasant to communicate with, due to relentless sales pressure and rudeness, Carla was able to put me on the do not contact list so I would not have to interact with them any further. Carla had turned my rating from a six to a nine with a 10 minute phone call, and I am satisfied.
