Since I work from home, I usually get to talk about condition of my lawn and hear about what treatment and conditions are being addressed with each service visit. The service specialists that have provided service at my home have been very gracious and informative. Specialist Robert Coakley has been providing my lawn service and does a very thorough job and has answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Carla Martin did a very nice job calling back and making sure the issues were taken care of.
Frustrated as I find out there were notes attached to my file about conversations and supposed cancellation/reinstatement facts that were erroneous. I have always had a nine application plan which included a cinch bug and pot ash application plus 7 more apps. Since signing three years ago. Today Robert my technician helped me get my cinch bug app by callling supervisor Joey Stevens and I also spoke to CS rep at 1800 number to annotate my notes correctly and to show I denied that the previous notes were true. It may appear that someone arbitrarily annotated my account with untrue facts or merge facts from another customer.

I am a former Scotts client. When the merger occurred, I was assured that the transition would be seamless. I pay for the following services: lawn, tree & scrub, mosquito control, aeration, and had TruGreen install a new Rachio irrigation controller recently. The service has not been seamless with technicians notes to contact you for additional services or ongoing email promoting the services I already have. If a technician finds a problem, then they should simply call the appropriate TruGreen service to schedule another appointment to address an issue. I received a call from Carla Martin re: my last survey response which was a "5". I explained to her my frustration, as I have to others. She said that she would remove me from the email/phone solicitations going forward. That will be much appreciated. So, I have upgraded my score for TruGreen. Very nice customer service, Carla Martin! Thank you!
The service tech, Jonthan Hills, is always here when he says he will be here. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I'm very impressed by TruGreen's desire to solve my issue. There was some staining on my fence from the last application and you guys were willing to come out and clean it immediately. I was thinking that there would be an apology but I was pleasantly surprised when you guys said you would come out there and clean it immediately. That was great customer service.
You service provider Brandon McCaffrey (#1360) is very personable and professional. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. I am having some difficulty with my grass and he gave me some great ideas that are working. I am happy with your service.

I like that Carla Martin is responsive and tries BUT whoever is controlling my not getting aeration is a big problem! Also despite Carla scheduling visits several have been missed!
