My TruGreen lawn specialist is Kenneth Bailey. To say I am satisfied with him would be the understatement of the year. Not only should he be Employee of the Month, he should be doing your training videos. His skill at rehabbing my woeful lawn, combined with his positive attitude and superior customer service skills, should be the template for training your specialists going forward.
Since I bought my home in 2006, building a healthy lawn has been a supreme challenge. I bought my home from a man who did not water nor fertilize for the decade he owned the home. So not only was the quality of the grass brown, the root system was poor and we had a variety of weeds in abundance. The turf itself was sandy and very barren in many spots. In the 10 years before Ken showed up, I went through 4 other lawn service companies, and 9 different technicians. None made a dent in my lawn. During this time, I also re-sodded twice, all to no avail. None of this is an exaggeration. This is an absolutely true description of my lawn issues from 2006 to 2016.
That ended when Ken was assigned to my route. Now, I am getting close to having a truly lush lawn, with beautiful color, and devoid of weeds. It is a miracle indeed. Kenneth Bailey deserves a bonus, a raise and probably a promotion. On second thought, don't promote him as I don't want to lose him. Just give him the raise, the bonus, and please keep him right where he is.
They are timely and non-intrusive. Larry Smith is always friendly at my home or any time I encounter him in the community.

scotts was always very good for my lawn. I expect the same from True Green. BUT, I miss the personal touch of Scott's, ie a phone call from a live technician, not a recorded message from the office.
If there's any problem on my lawn, I'd like a call from the technician re the next treatment. Also re the phone messages, instead of calling the day before planned service, please CALL two days in advance so there's reasonably enough time to reschedule if necessary.

The only reason we decided to stay with TruGreen after a horrific start to our service is because we now have a rep (Cody Waters) who continually goes above and beyond to make sure our yard is taken care of and we are 100% satisfied with this service
I got an email on Saturday July 15, 2017 saying you performed lawn service the day before (Friday Jul 14). On Sunday July 16 I sent you a reply say the service was not done. I got an email back from you (ticket #Phone number removed) saying you would respond to my complaint but you never responded so i called the number listed (1-Phone number removed) and I talked to you customer service rep. She was very rude and would not listen to my complaint. I got a call today from Carla Martin in the Jacksonville FL customer care office and she was very considerate and apologized for the way I was treated. She listened to my complaint and resolved the issue. I appreciated how she handled it. I am now a satisfied customer because of Carla's very customer-oriented skills and the fact that she listened to my complaint and resolved it. She gets a number 10 on your survey.
Several years ago had a bad problem with weeds. After several extra visit you got rid of them.
Same technician servicing our lawn, and it looks better than the past several years.
