Your company offered more than I expected in the way of service, when Brandon McCaffrey suggested I have grass plugs installed and then Donrico Solomon came and did an excellent job with the plugs, spending time explaining the growth process and care to me. Please add a note to Donrico's file that he is a very helpful and knowledgeable technician. I have previously requested the same for Brandon, my regular yard technician. This note is to thank both Brandon and Donrico for their fine work and professionalism.

The right attitude and excellent customer service of the technician is the first thing that made me happy about getting your services. There is still a process before determining if I will be completely satisfied. My lawn was treated by three different persons and each one has their own way doing treatment. With the most recent technician, I can tell he knows what he is doing but still have to find out if he will be consistent doing a great job.

My yard has completed a 180 since beginning with you, originally as Scott's, about a year ago. My yard has filled in and is a beautiful green.

I would like the receipt to reflect actual square footage of yard. The tips could be better for care, and more detail on services provided. Prices without getting a sales rep could help your business as well.

Our assigned representative, Craig Bennett, is always very courteous and professional and takes time to explain the process of what he's doing at each visit. He is highly responsive to our requests and very personable. He is quite thorough in looking over and caring for our lawn and always asks if we have any questions or requests that he can help us with which is much appreciated in a day and age where good customer service is hard to come by!

Our lawn is already doing better and we are looking forward to a fuller, healthier landscape with his help! He even delivered FREE grass plugs to fill in our gaps which was nice.

His customer service is great, my only suggestion is to lower the price. The service is comparable to what other local companies offer, and the yard is not very large, so $600-700 annually doesn't seem very competitive (especially as new customers), and we were not offered any discounts or promos at the time we called in to sign up which was a bit disappointing. Our previous lawn care contractor was priced lower monthly, and offered discounts to customers on autopay and even promotional rates for new customers. That being said, so far the results and quality of what we have received is better than the previous company we had, but we still think the monthly price could be better.

All in all, we would recommend you guys to our family, friends and neighbors. Thank you! :)

My earlier score was due to some TruGreen internal miscommunications, but I wound up as the recipient causing me to contact TruGreen an inordinate number of times. However, my tech Charles came out today to rectify the situation and I'd like to think we're back on track. I received a call from TruGreen's QC Carla Martin today shortly after I submitted my review and we had an amicable talk about the issues that were causing me grief. That showed sincere concern and was most appreciated.
