The prompt service, the professionalism and friendliness of my lawn care specialist, Stephen Sadler.

Stephan was so thoughtful and kind. He took time to answer my questions and he was extremely professional.

First of all, I want to tell you about your specialist 42419 - Steven Sadler. He is very helpful when I have questions about my lawn, feeding, watering, weeds, etc.
He is also courteous and friendly. He represents your brand and your company very well.
Secondly, I so appreciated that he called me on the day it rained and I had to be rescheduled.

My lawn looks great with little effort on my part! My neighbors lawns don't look as good and I believe it is because of the scheduled care I receive from True Green! Our service specialist is friendly and knowledgeable. I realize he is busy and has a tight schedule to keep but if I ask what he's putting on the lawn today he takes a few minutes and tells me about it and ALWAYS with a smile. Sometimes a minute or two of solid information in a professional and courteous manner goes a long, long way.
