The carpets look cleaner than some other procedures and they stay clean longer.

George had great customer service and was very easy to work with. I was comfortable with him in my home and felt he did a very thorough job. I also like that no chemicals or residues are put into or left in my carpet. It did take While to dry thoroughly but it smelled nice and looked nice. A few traffic areas a little darker than I liked but all in all a great job,

I had a huge stained area on my living room carpet that kept coming back and a few smaller stains in different areas of the house and Mason was able to get everything out.
They are very expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Only one fan was sent to dry in the area huge huge area. Also not all soiled areas in doorways were removed and another spot is coming back already.

The only suggestion I would make is to add your customer service number to the reminder email you send. It makes it much easier to contact you if I have any questions.

Major screw up on the baseboards.
Luis was an excellent technician. He avoided any damage to the house by placing the corner guards at multiple locations. The carpet didn't clean up well, in my opinion. I've had multiple individuals review the carpet after the cleaning, and all stated that the carpet cleaning should have provided a better outcome. Unfortunately, I had great expectations of this carpet cleaning process. However, my expectations were not met. I will not recommend zerorez.
Return calls over concerns faster. Also when I called because my carpets were still wet the next day, I was told they wouldn't be able to come until the next day.

I love the way my carpets feel after being cleaned. There is no crunch and they look and smell clean, not perfumed. The technician was very professional, polite, and efficient. I tell people, all the time, that Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company I will use.

I have to commend Zerorez for returning to my condo to clean the rugs again and making my tenants happy, all at your expense. You did honor your word which I appreciate. The reason I gave a five on the survey is that I'm not sure I would want to recommend your company for the fear of putting someone through the same challenges as I had. I can't stand the risk of them complaining to me about possible bad service. Thank you for setting things right in my case though. Name removed
