I thought that your workers were very thoughtful and worked very efficiently! I have already recommended them to a friend and my daughter. One of them even took care of a very big, dead spider for me. This would probably not be recommended to by your company but I had dropped a book on this big thing and didn't have the gumption to pick the book up to see if I got IT or not. I appreciated my carpet being dry in a short amount of time. Last year I had someone else do it and they left so much water in the carpet and I was furious! Thanks. Name removed
