Give a 2 hour window for show time the day before. We waited around all day and missed a couple of appointments before we got a firm time. Other than that, things were great.

My Carpet seems to stay cleaner longer and looks better after cleaning also.
It was very fast and the technician was very good. The carpet has stayed clean so far (other place the did it, it was dirty again within 2 weeks). On problem, one of the corners going to the basement was kind of scraped when the stairs were being done.
