price, some treatments just seem way out of line for price/value. Like the deep pet treatment 75$ per gallon seriously?
if the product cost that much you'd be best to figure out a different solution. Home owners choke on that.
You have awesome representatives who come when they say they are going to and they work very hard to do a thorough job!
The employee was really nice, he went over areas that were stained a few times to make sure they were done the best they could be. Although he did not do in the front bedroom closet,which I did want done.
There isn't any residue left in the carpet.

My carpets always look amazing after you clean them and they stay cleaner longer than other carpet cleaners. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and will never have anyone else clean my carpets or upholstery.

The carpet was quite stiff afterward and I couldn't help but feel like there was quite a bit of residue left on it. Also, the stain by the backdoor (the main reason we brought you here) is better, but still there. Our technician was considerate, punctual and competent.

While I was very happy with the end product, I was definitely not happy about being surprised with a bill almost double my original quote. When I called to set my appointment, I let the the lady know that I had just gotten rid of a renter with a dog who was not house broken and there was a year and a half worth of animal waste soaked into the carpet. We discussed the pet treatment and she quoted me a price of $230 for 3 bedrooms, a small hallway, and 2 flights of stairs. When the technician got there, he informed me the quote did NOT include the pet treatment and that would be extra at the price of $75/gallon for the solution. I was confused as this was not what was discussed when I set the appointment, but it was disgusting and needed to be taken care of. So I told him do what every he could but I didn't want to go over $280 total. The technician was incredibly nice, and very patient as there was a problem trying to get some of the furniture out of one of the rooms and he was held up while we tried to sort that out. When he was all done he had done a fantastic job and the before and after photos will blow your mind, almost as much as mine was blown when he handed me a $392 bill. Like I said, I'm very happy with the end product and the service was great, I just feel like I was blindsided with a bill much larger than had originally been discussed.
Explain to customers more thoroughly and seriously the likelihood of leaching the color from carpet that requires pet treatment and has been cleaned by customer with carpet cleaners like Resolve.

How clean my carpet feels.
I like that even though I have horrible, old carpets, they look great after a cleaning. I appreciate the efficient and professional technicians. I appreciate the phone call when it's been awhile since my carpets have been cleaned - and there is a special promotional price.
