You are quite expensive for the service you provide. I can't see where you are any better than Stanley Steamer or Coit but yet you are about $50 more. Your technicians were great! Fast, Friendly and efficient. I will give you a 10 because of them. You also have great advertisers. Amanda in the Morning on KSL radio thinks you are the greatest thing since peanutbutter was invented. I guess I expected more for my money--less crusty feel and less damp which is what your flyer claims. You might want to take that off. Is there really any cleaner out there that can make your carpet seem new? Who knows? My carpet is fairly new. I have it cleaned every couple of years because of the warranty. I honestly wish I hadn't started it quite yet. Satisfied, yes, Will I recommend? Sure with the stipulation that they get a bid or price from others as well. Will I call again? Maybe depends on your pricing..

My carpet is 16 years old, about 2 years ago I realized that we needed new carpet. We did not have the money to replace them at the time, so I decided to try Zerorez. I heard the ads and liked the idea of no residue, after a few cleanings with Zerorez, my carpets came clean again. I was so happy not to have to spend money on new carpet!

the person in charge of my cleaning was so nice and personable that i think he, alone, is a recommendation for your company. Because i am on a limited budget, he was willing to work with me to get the products i really wanted. Only time will tell if the stains in my hall way come back and if not you can count on me to shout your praises. Time, that is the true test of your business.

Check the areas that are a little heavier soiled more closely

The employee was professional, thorough, and pleasant. He had product knowledge and shared that with me. He also shared the philosophies of Zero Rez.

The service people are always nice and accommodating to the needs of the patron. The products they use get the job done. I had to have a re-do and they were so good about coming out and making sure the job was done right. I just love the customer care and excellent cleaning job that is done.

Your websites scheduling system could be improved and the pricing on really small rooms or areas with just a few square feet.

I spent $820 to get my carpet cleaned. The smell came back a few days later. The technician came back and told me the odor was coming from the pad and there was nothing he could do, and that was why pet odor was not guaranteed. I wasn't aware of how big a risk I was taking.

The associate was absolutely sweet and did exactly what we asked. The carpets look amazing and we have a rather large dog (130lbs) as well as a cat. It was fantastic.

I like the fact that you don't use soap and water. However I was charged for disposal of such. I have never been charged
for such a thing. EVER! However I am very pleased with how clean my carpet becomes. D Nelsonn

I think your suggestions that drying time should be increase days not hours. I have found that especially in my basement it took several days to dry and the technician that came the first time did not mention this.

There are no chemicals in the cleaning process which I'm very sensitive to.
