Lius Gonzales was excellent he did a super job in getting spots out and cleaning of my carpet. What I am disappointed is when he gave me the bill I seen that there was a $9.00 charge for "water treatment & disposal fee"--I realize that I had a coupon for $31 per room which should have only been $62 for two rooms plus the protection spray in the living room area!! This presented a false advertisement as far as I am concerned--no where on that coupon did it state that there is a charge for the treatment and disposal of water???? When I mentioned this to Luis he stated he was sorry but that is the charge???? I cannot blame him he is only an employee---but I will have a very hard time recommending your company to any of my Senior citizen friends. In the future I will have to look into another company to clean my carpets. Name removed :-(

I had two workers show up accidently to my house to clean carpets. The first guy had started pretreating the house. Then the other guy showed up and asked the first guy to leave to do a job in slc- it took him 20 min to pack up all of his things and then the other ones started the process. I was just frustrated because the customer wasn't even taken into account at all - I was in a hurry to go somewhere and know my carpets could have been done 30 or more minutes earlier had the first guy been allowed to finish. The second guy kept trying to upsale me the whole time- very frustrating! I have used you 6 or more times and never had somebody put that much pressure on me to purchase additional things. Not so happy this time around unfortunately!
my carpet still have a strong odor even though I paid extra for the protectant. The representative gave me a good deal because I was not going to pay $50 per room thats outrageous.I was also told I would get a phone call two days before my service to tell advise me when they would be coming. I ended up calling them the day before because I have not heard anything. I also had to call them on the Day of Service because 6 p.m. Rolled around and no one has shown. just a pointer if you guys are going to park in driveways, you need to make sure your vans do not leak oil as the one did on my driveway.
I would like to be able to schedule an appointment for a more specific time window. And just be charged what I was quoted on the phone.
On time and price is what was quited
The website stated the carpet would dry in a few hours. My stairs and some areas in living room were two days. The stair carpet is very stiff. That is not a big deal, but according to your ads, that was not to be expected. After things dried, I don't see anything super spectacular. The carpets are clean, but not more so than when I had other companies clean my carpets at about half the cost. In other words, while the employee was wonderful, I don't feel like you have a superior product like you advertise.
We had a $25coupon that was not honored. Your representative did a fine job on the carpets
but we feel that it was false advertising by offering a $25 coupon but not honoring it unless we spent more than $100. NO WHERE on the coupon does it say that it is good only if you spend over $100. Thus, since we felt that was false advertising, we would have a hard time using your service again.
That all the spots come out and everything dries very quickly and smells great and clean!
There was a mix up on the time scheduled but it turned out all right.

I love that there isn't a chemical smell after cleaning and the carpet is soft, not crunchy.
