During my 15 years of home ownership I have used only Zerorez. The cleaning process is as named. All technicians are polite, do their work, and each have been conscientious in their endeavors. The cleaning method is gentle to the carpeting, color, and no other cleaning method can compare.
The service is outstanding. Although my opinion is based on never having used another cleaning service in my home, when one already has the best, there is no need to go to another company.
A message to Torri: I think it was Brian who just cleaned my carpet. He was outstanding. His cleaning is thorough and outstanding. He ranks at the top with many others I have had over the years as number one. I always recommend Zerorez as the opportunity presents itself.

Leslie is the best. She cares not only about her work, but about the people for whom she works. She is careful and conscientious; even the oldest carpets look new again. She wants her customers to be happy. She is friendly and has a kind heart.

They did a GREAT job with our Master Bedroom carpet! It has never been so clean, and it still boggles my mind HOW they can do that. There was a bit of hassle between what areas was included in the price quoted on the phone, but it was settled.

Carpets were done quickly and professionally. My wife and I were deciding on whether to buy new carpets or get them cleaned. We are glad we chose to get them cleaned. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
Leslie did a great job. That carpets look awesome and she was very nice. Just one thing though... yanking on the hose cause a little damage to our wall. There is a corner where a chunk of the drywall was knocked off.

For every other Zerorez experience, I have always said - no, shouted! š - 10!!! Usually the technicians they send are just above and beyond. Unfortunately, this time he was not.
This guy didnāt move the furniture and was talking on his phone as he worked. He was very nice, but in a word: just kInda lazy. An example: when he was cleaning the couch, I asked if he would please move the furniture away from my expensive silk drapes that were just behind it so the overspray wouldnāt stain them. His response? āWell, Iām not spraying all the way up to the top of the sofa anyway, so nothing should get on the curtains.ā ????
So I helped him move the couch and made sure all sides (even the top and back) were cleaned. And I kept an eye on him for the rest of the visit. I donāt think the earlier rooms were done well though. No plastic squares under the furniture, etc. I think he just did the bare minimum.
This has NOT been my experience the last few years with Zerorez. You guys have always been amazing!! Iām sorry, I donāt like to give a bad review to anyone. But Iām still thinking about how dissatisfied I am, even nearly a week later. I am not saying this to get anything out of it; and I will still use Zerorez. But I thought you should know; I will just chalk it up to a fluke this time. Thanks for your time!
I just thought the carpet got too wet. It wasn't even dry the next day. It was clean and I liked Louis
