the technicians were very friendly and very nice however I felt like they did a very quick and not thorough job. The tracks on the carpet that showed where the cleaning machine went showed they did not go all the way up to the edges of furniture and around corners etc. My entire upstairs which was 4 rooms, a loft, hall and staircase took only an hour total which seemed very quick to me. Upon going upstairs and seeing how quick of a job was done I was disappointed and felt like i paid quite a bit of money (over $300) for just a quick pass over the carpets.
Your representative Cameron was on time, professional and very pleasant. He talked me through the cleaning and completed it in a timely, efficient manner! Very knowledgeable. He even was able to remove pet stains that previous carpet cleaners could not remove. Very pleased!!!! Thank you! Pat

They are easy to use

During the initial inspection the serviceman brought in a black light. The black light Showed us pet urine everywhere. Because of this we opted for the bio treatment at $35 more a room. It looked amazing. It looked like it also got a grape juice stain out. I was impressed. So after I asked him to bring out the black light again. Nothing changed. It still looked like a crime scene. I feel I was duped for an upsell and I caught him in the lie. $210 dollars extra He said the pet urine is gone but left the nitrates. The next day the grape juice stain came back. I thought the job was worth $300 but not the bio cleaning tgat cost the extra $210
How clean my carpet is how nice and knowledgeable my technician was. I love that my baby can be on the carpet without me worrying about chemicals or gross germs.
The Zerorez man explains the process before he starts as well as going over any customer preferences & over-soiled spots. The end result is fantastic & brings new life to the carpets.

There was no use of moulding guards around our home and we’ll have to now use touch up paint where the walls were scratched from hoses. Otherwise pleased with the service and will continue to use.

I went for the extra $105 fee for the Level 1 biotreatment.
In retrospect, I an uncertain it was worth the money. The black-light technique put a scare into us so I went for the biotreatment to make us feel more comfortable. If I had it to do over I would not request that treatment. I bought my own black light and have found that much more than just pet urine has fluoroescence, and we have never had a pet and have never had carpet smells.
