I like that is environmentally user friendly, so chemicals are used and the carpet and tile flooring come out looking great.

The appointment was from 11 to 1. Your agent did not show until 2:35.. The cleaning was not what I expected. I had to get my personal carpet shampooer out after the visit to clean my carpet to my satisfaction. I was very disappointed in the cleaning of my carpet..
The tile grout came very clean and all the spots came out of the carpet and looks like new.

The young man arrived on time, did what he was supposed to do and the carpets came out beautifully. I believe this is the third year we have used Zerorez and will continue to do so.
The fellow who came explained what he would do. He was on time and very well informed about his job. We were very pleased with the results and would definately use zerorez again and recommend them.
You are on the high end of pricing compared with other carpet/tile cleaning companies so you could work on that.

The gentleman who came to my house was great! He answered all my questions, then cleaned our carpet. My white carpet was very dirty, and he made it look brand new in just a 1/2 hour.
The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was very thorough and explained the benefit of this type of cleaning process. Altho the carpets are 7+ years old and worn in the main traffic areas, when the process was completed, the carpets not only smelled fresh and clean, but they were brighter and fluffier too.
Even after 4 additional guests and their dog during the holidays, the carpets still look clean.
