I am very happy with the carpet cleaning, it looks great. I had the tile floor done in my kitchen which I am not as happy about. It is cleaner, but it did not clean up very well which may have something to do with the age of the tile, I don't know.
The person was courteous and did his job efficientlt. The carpets dried quickly and still look great over a week later.

I like that there is not a lot of water left in my carpets and that the technician focuses on the soiled areas to get them clean.

The carpet cleaning process left a great smell in my house -- light citrus-y fresh clean. The person doing the job was very professional, polite and clean cut. And my carpets have NEVER been as clean as they are now. The price is also quite reasonable. I am so very glad I used Zerorez.
Brian, our technician, was careful and thorough. He took the time to explain how and demonstrate how the Zerorez system works and how it gets all the old soaps and soil out of our carpets. (He wasn't kidding). We are amazed at the transformation in our carpet, even for a carpet that we have been having professionally cleaned (by other companies) every year. Never again... now our annual carpet cleaning will always be Zerorez.

Your technician was very friendly. But my carpet looks no better now
than before it was cleaned, my carpet is only 1-1/2 years old and has
No stains except for the traffic paths. When the carpet dried the traffic
areas were still dingy and the carpet still had a "dog" odor after drying.
He cleaned VERY quickly - seemed like he went too fast??? Either way,
I was not pleased with the results. It seemed very impressive on the radio
ads but that was not my experience.
