You are on the high end of pricing compared with other carpet/tile cleaning companies so you could work on that.

The gentleman who came to my house was great! He answered all my questions, then cleaned our carpet. My white carpet was very dirty, and he made it look brand new in just a 1/2 hour.
The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was very thorough and explained the benefit of this type of cleaning process. Altho the carpets are 7+ years old and worn in the main traffic areas, when the process was completed, the carpets not only smelled fresh and clean, but they were brighter and fluffier too.
Even after 4 additional guests and their dog during the holidays, the carpets still look clean.

Sent out a truck that was broken , no hot water to use to clean tile, took much , much longer to dry.

Our service tech was professional, courteous and was careful throughout our house.
However I was under the impression that no chemicals were going to be used except the pure water steam. The chemical (orange smell) that is used when cleaning the tile floors is almost unbearable. I had a headache for hours afterwards. It also left a sticky residue and I had to steam mop the floor as soon as it was dry. We also had the bedroom burber carpets cleaned. The master bedroom which is rather large seemed to dry more quickly than my daughters room, which has the same type of carpet and is smaller (it was like her room was soaked). We had to wear socks as the floors stayed damp until late into the night. Again using the solution that was used the orange smell was overwhelming. My daughters rug did have a small spot of dirty, but again I did not think that any chemicals were going to be used, that is the main reason that I choose to go with your company. I have had our tile grout steamed cleaned before by another company and they did not use any chemicals. The tile came just as clean. With all that being said, the title grout was clean, the rooms look fresher, but the amount that I paid I believe was too much and I will be looking into steam cleaning the carpets myself (they are just a little over a year old) next time, and trying to find the previous or another company that does not use any chemicals when cleaning the grout. Thank you.
