As someone that interacts with vendors quite a bit in my line of work I continue to be impressed with their overall service. My technician was very professional, courteous and explained how the service was going to be performed.

I had Precision Carpet last time I had my carpets cleaned and my house smelled clean after they were finished. Also, they took their time doing the job. I felt like your guy rushed through the job and I'm not sure the carpets are really that clean after he finished. Maybe they are cleaner but I expect the house to have that clean smell when the job is done and I don't smell that.

I was satisfied with the job your associated did. However, there is always room for improvement. Your prices are a bit steep but I would use your services again!!
