It was lots of fun, wasn't pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable doing. Although there were quite a few people in the class, I felt the instructor had time to go help/give tips to each individual person. I'm looking forward too my next class! ( ^ω^ )

Professional instructors though they could be promoting their own personal expertise more to entice PT sessions, because they're great. I've been to a few gyms around the world and this is the first one I've been truly confortable in. It helps that there are some nice looking men there too it definitely has helped me ramp up the routine :)
Highly skilled and encouraging trainers....
I learnt a lot from my first class and it has given me a lot of confidence to start to sleep at night. I am still not there yet as far as feeling safe. I find it very important to continue the training as I know it will offer me a lot. On top of that it is great fitness and make me feel like I am doing a sport that is worth doing. I have already recommended it to a few friends, and the more I talk about it I noticed how many other women out there feel unsafe to leaving their homes. I don't believe in living in fear, so I am fully supportive in learning how to defend yourself. Thank you.
The carjacking seminar was very informative and fun. Bruce was a great trainer, very friendly and knowledgable. Thank you very much for the opportunity to train at IDF. Re-introduce 10 and 20 classes pass. They where a great option for shift workers like me who cannot commit to weekly evening classes.

I like that there is a focus on realism and that you are encouraged to think about the best option in a given situation. I like the intensity of the training. Josh explains thing very well and is very passionate about what he is doing.
Josh is an exceptionally good trainer. The venue and training tools are beyond what you'd expect. I always come away tired and more confident.
