Josh is a legend
I thought Josh was very passionate and professional. The group was of mixed ability and age and being a bit older than the others I felt that the pace of the class was such that it enabled me to pick up the techniques and have a go. I thought the class was value for money and I look forward to my second next class week, once I have gotten over the sore muscles!!
