The instructors are highly experienced in their discipline. Their methods do not overwhelm the student.
The App is a really convenient way to book classes and obtain information. Emails are responded too in a timely fashion and management are flexible within reason.
I like the fact that this isn't just a typical meat head gym with apes beating their chests. Im proud to be learning something truely authentic that can only be learnt exclusively at IDF

Awesome variety of classes and on top of that they've got regular gym equipment if you just want to do your own workout.

Everything, except your club should immediately stop shoes from being worn on any matted area. The club is amazing but every fight club I've been to has a no shoes on mats rule and they are strict on that policy. My feet were covered in black dirt last night, it should be clean like a Buddhist temple. Please have this rule in place and then everyone will be happier. Cheers
As soon as i began training there the staff are so friendly and are never hesitant to help me out whether its trading privately or in a class. Also the other customers are very kind and warming when i arrived and they make an effort in getting to know you and not to just pass you by in the gym.
Dedicated to krav maga and overall martial arts. Love the classes also brought in and trainers from overseas. Great equipment.
