Variety of styles and flexibility of time
I like the environment you have to train, very fun and friendly. The energy your instructors have when running a class and how they are willing to spend the time to improve every student in the class. My favourite instructor is James, his classes are fun and explains things well. A++++
I really enjoyed the style, the explanation given and the time taken. Since it was only a single one-on-one class, I can't give the best feedback right now though.

Owner, trainers and training
As a survivor of violent crime, I have searched for this sort of training for years. After just a few sessions I feel less intimidated and more confident. As a trauma survivor, I have found the staff to be professional, sensitive to their clients needs and very welcoming.Ideal for fitness, confidence and self protection.
Both my wife and myself enjoyed the workshop last night. The layout and the instructor Bruce were first class. My wife and I will be contacting you to arrange for lesson in the near future. Thinks for putting on a very interesting workshop.

I attended the improvised weapons training last night, Avi made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in. Bruce the instructor for the training was also fantastic. I learnt some great techniques, and we were also taught to think outside the square as to what everyday items can be used for self defense.
Based purely on experience last night I highly recommend training at IDF. I'll certainly be attending future seminars.

the self defense is easy to learn, the staff are friendly,attending idf training I've been less angry developed more confidence and like the t shirt says im walking in peace and i generaly feel better knowing that i have more of a idea of how to defend myself
In IDF Training I love the fact that we can do so much more that a random training. Specially because we have a 100% dedicated instructors, also because we have a range of options to train outside the gym classes. There are so many ways to practice the sports we love and it feels good !!!
