I find the trainers very professional, and cater to all levels of experience and age.
All trainers (Gul, Seb, Asher, Josh) give a very practical perspective, and are always ready to give some one-on-one time to discuss a KM move, position or hold.
I have suggested to a number of friends to take up some basic self defence classes at IDF.

This was my first time attending a martial arts class in about 20 years and I was made to feel welcome by Avi as soon as I walked in. Josh was a great instructor and made me feel really welcome. I will definitely be back
