IDF Training is awesome. Being one of the "Older-LOL" people getting amongst it, I have been around a while and spent a fair bit of my spare time training and keeping fit over the years, in this time I have never found any establishment that can help people develop their fitness and self defence capabilities so comprehensively as IDF Training.
Of course ability for IDF Training to deliver on this is not related to the facilities
or equipment (which are great) its all about the abilities of the instructors, who I do believe are amongst the best you will find not only in Australia but anywhere in the world.

It was my first ever class, the team at IDF training and students made me feel very welcome. Considering I had no idea what to expect, the instuctor was friendly and he was great at explaining the techniques, the instructor also made sure we were doing everything correctly. Definitely will be back

The friendly approach speaking from a newcomers perspective has been very refreshing and from the onset one welcome. The instruction during classes has been concise and to the point making it very easy & quick for a novice such as myself to pick the general technique of what is being taught.
The freedom to not remain locked in and the option of a broad array of classes but also the fact that IDF is one of the few places that offer krav, something I've been keen on getting into for some time
The website is very advanced. It's clear, it's easy to use and I can find everything very easily.

I have only done one class there (Beginners Krav Maga) but I really enjoyed it and got a lot out of it. Our trainer was passionate and did a great job of getting a good energy going throughout the hour we were there.
It was hard work but still heaps of fun. the instructor was really enthusiastic and seemed to get a kick out of watching us enjoy ourselves.
It was very different from other self defense/ martial arts I've tried in the past (ninjitzu, taekwondo, karate) where the mood has been really sombre and the instructors are really severe and kinda mean. I've never lasted more than 1 class of those coz I don't like to take things so seriously.
