Really unsure about the products you use, but I am
ALWAYS thrilled to come home after one of your
crews has left with the job that they have done.
I usually try to be gone by the time that they arrive,
but I am here to meet them, I usually see the same people,
which is reassuring to me.

So far service has been great. I was unhappy with the vacuuming of the floors last month, but I told the manager Greg and he remedied it right away, which I really appreciated. I am still a fairly new customer so would like to see how service goes a little bit longer to see if I would fully recommend to a friend.

It's a very professional service and you are always looking for ways to get feedback. I feel like I can get a personalized service.

I LOVE Maid Brigade!

Here is what I submitted to the Gresham office right after the housekeeping visit:

This service was the poorest I have experienced - probably the only sub-par one.

Three women arrived at my door a couple minutes before 2, surprising me. (scheduled arrival was between 2 and 4 PM) They got into the building without ringing me upstairs. Three workers is really too many for a small condo like mine.

They did not seem to know the routine here and made a phone call to find out. I heard their comments and explained that they do not clean the bathrooms or the guest bedroom. I asked who was doing the vacuuming and explained in English that she should be careful of the fringes on the Oriental rugs. (something that I've stressed since the first visit of any crew - it should be "hard-wired" into the system.)

None of the three spoke much English, so I'm not sure how much they understood of my explanation. Their English needs improving.

For the last 20 minutes of their visit I was on the phone, taking the call on the deck, since it was too noisy inside to hear over the vacuum. So, I was not able to watch or check on their work.

One (the leader?) came to me on the deck and advised that they were finished - the other two had already left the condo. I followed into the LR area and noticed some dog fur on the carpet and pointed it out. There was no attempt to fix the problem - the third person also left the condo. I got out my vacuum after they left and cleaned up the couple places where there was some dog fur - LR and bedroom carpet, too.

This was a disappointing performance. I expect better.

I was charged the full amount for this service.

Cleaning is done consistently well and on time.

I appreciate having the same team leader, Maria (Concha) come to my home each time because she knows exactly what I want and I trust her completely. She is also very pleasant, and a very fast worker. I appreciate Maid Brigade's pledge to use environmentally safe products, which I assume and hope are also safe for its employees. I also like it that Maid Brigade participates in various community drives. It is very helpful to receive phone call alerts the day before and a a half hour before my team comes the better to plan my day. I have liked every Maid Brigade employee I have met.

At work you do greeat. At home, I don't feel the cleaning is as thorough as it should be for 80+ dollars each time. Whiole I am fortunate to be in a position to afford this, I still like to see good results for what I pay for.

The teams have always been so pleasant and do a pretty good job - a lot better than I could do. However, it doesn't always seem like a very thorough job has been done. There seem to be spots or areas of rooms that are missed each time. So it ends up not feeling deep cleaned but instead more surface-cleaned.

The question should be "What do we not like?". The response would be simple; "Nothing!". We like the fact that you make every attempt to you environmentally friendly cleaning products. But what we LOVE is that we have an established crew that is familiar with our home, or cleaning needs, and our pets! The team is timely, efficient, respectful of our home and belongings, and trustworthy. The ladies are amazing and we are so thankful for their services. We never have any concerns because we have had nothing but exceptional service from Maid Brigade. Exceptional! Thank you Maid Brigade, we tried several other services over the years before being referred to you - now we've found a keeper!!!
