Prompt, efficient, and most of all they do a great job

Cleaning is very inconsistent. Although the same team # cleans every time, the people on that team change every time. Notes about our preferences are not always followed.

Feel like the workers are not a careful in terms of banging walls and doors with equipment as I would like. We also had an issue with our stove top being scratched. We understand that others will not treat our "stuff" like we might, but it's a disappointing.

My house seems like new every four weeks! Clean and sparkling and shiny.....

The "maids" are polite, smiling, and very conscientous about their particular
assignments. They are always on time and complete their work in a timely manner.

General reliability and consistency of quality. Also I primarily use MB because they provide health insurance to their employees. This is really the primary reason I pay extra for MB instead of hiring an individual who may be less expensive.

Maid Brigade services are timely and effective. They clean the visible areas of a dwelling well and the personel is always delightful.

I like that you guys clean "green" and I already have recommended Maid Brigade to friends - I know of at least one friend who used you guys for a one-time cleaning at my recommendation. I also like that I have begun to get the same two-person team. I was getting the same lead person, but the second person kept changing - the last several times it's been the same two people and they work well together and do a wonderful job (Ileana and Tina!).
