Have teams come at a scheduled time. I'm considering changing because I can't plan my afternoon between 1-5 pm.

I feel like they started off making the house sparkle, after the first visit, we have had our share of issues, which you should have documented in your files. t has not been as "picture perfect". Pictures have been knocked down, those that are not knocked down are left askew. My neighbors have also complained alot about all the banging. They claim they never hear Linda and I and we have cleaned our house all but the time you started and that is when they hear what one neighbor calls "a ruckus" every other Friday. I share walls with two other row houses and they claim it is very disturbing. It is our opinion that since our house is very clean to begin with - that they are a bit "lax" when they do our house. The bed is always poorly made and looks quite messy; rugs are seem to be just thrown back onto the bathroom floor without straightening them, etc... We feel we have given it a pretty good shot, but, we are thinking about terminating our service. We cannot see where our money is being spent. A couple of toilets, does not $122.00 make...!

I love that your products are green and I love that you are care about your help. And of course I don't think there has ever been a time when I was dissatisfied with the work that had been done. You are a great company to work with. Thank you!

I like the fact that I come home from a busy day at work and my house is clean. I can always count on the Maid Brigade team to do a great job. It's like clockwork.

I like that the house is cleaned thoroughly each week and that my initial cleaning needs are followed each week and that I don't have to repeat my wishes even if new staff arrives. I like that with 2-3 people per crew, the house is cleaned quickly. I like that there are similar people each week and that a large company stands behind the work. I like that the products used are all natural and good for my home. I also like the administration in the local office and the outreach services they provide yearly.

I like the friendliness of your staff. Due to knee replacement I've had to be at home when they're there. They're very nice and gracious. Like a friend.

I appreciated the professionalism of the evaluation/setup and scheduling process, my house is being cleaned well each week, and the few disappointments from my initial clean were immediately responded to and handled very nicely. I also really like knowing that the team sent into my home is being paid a fair wage and has benefits like vacation and health insurance. The service is a little on the pricy side, but I don't mind paying a bit more to support taking good care of the people doing the work.

Things get "shuffled" during dusting. Floors are not always spotless.

Friendly, efficient service. The greener your products are, the better. We are pleased with how quickly you cleaned our 3,200 sq ft house. You did leave a streak on our stainless steel fridge.
