We are extremely happy with the results of the carpet, upholstery and rug cleaning. The cleaning was thorough and worth every penny.

The gentleman tha clean our sofa and carpet did a great job. Took his time and was very thorough. He really was very professional and I would request that he come back into our home for future cleanings.

This is our second job with your co. This time is seems that there are streaks on the grain of the carpet where the vacume tool went over as if there was to much claener and it was not all extracted. one pass a light shade, next pass a darker shade. We are going to run a regular vacume over it to see if that blends it all together. Other than that it is cleaner than it was.

On balance and reflecting on what was done I felt the price I agreed to, and paid, was a bit high. In the event I need to use a service like this in the future I would most likely look to an alternative service.

The employee that came to clean our carpets was thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and did a great job. We were pleased with the service we received.

Nothing really. My carpets are old. I was hoping they would be softer.

The gentlemen ( I think was Bill & Santos) that came were friendly and accomadating. They did an excellent job on the carpet, which is very old, and made it look wonderful for the landlord. When I did the walk through with the landlord he was very impressed with the carpeting, looked much better than when we moved in.
We are now in our house and I would not have any hesitation to calling you again to clean the carpets in our new home.
