The guys that came were friendly polite and efficient .
Your cleaning service did nothing for the carpets & we wound up tearing them out. It would have been of service to us for you to tell us that the pet odor could not be remedied with your basic service. We feel like it was a total rip-off & deserve to have our $200.00 refunded. Also, your manager came out to survey our basement about the pet odors & he was absolutely no help at all. We will spread the word that your service is a waste of time, money & energy on your part & ours as well.

There is still dirt in the vents and one vent was damaged.

The workers were right on time as they previously indicated and were steady in their work. They were polite and from all indications did good work.
The cleaning service was as good as expected. However, the sercice people backed their truck very close to the edge of my driveway and the steam vent on the truck side damaged my shrub in the garden bed beside the driveway. They also damaged a landscape light because the were so close with the hose or their movements. As I said the cleaning was good as expected but they need to see where the steam will vent and allow enough room to prevent plant damage when they park the truck.
extremely pleased with estimator/supervisor and the two staff who cleaned our ruga and walls. Jorge and Santos were a pleasure to work with and they did an outstanding job.

Employee was professional and friendly, and the carpets looked fantastic! One room had some stains I was particularly concerned about and he assured me he would do his best. When he was done, it looked almost brand new again!! I was duly impressed, and beyond pleased.
Employee was very professional and did an excellent job on our upholstery. However, the machine that was used left a ripple in our carpet.
The smell in the garage is still very strong. I didn't feel the job was done, felt like it was a waste of money.
The technician arrived at the predetermined time, he called to let us know he was enroute and completed the task in a timely manner. We were pleased with the quality of the service.

The man that did our carpet cleaning worked very hard. I think the reason it did not come out as good as I had hoped was due to the poor quality of my carpet. The bathroom tile came out just fine.
I thought the job done was very good. However, the service man showed up an hour to an hour and a half later than I expected. I was told that I should expect him at 7:30 to 8. At 8:30 I called the office and was told that he left the office and "perhaps was stuck in traffic." Unlikely. Traffic problems are reported on the news. None that day. I'm not that far away. Then I got a call from the service man telling me that he would arrive in 20 minutes. I only live only 15 to 20 minutes away. I absolutely hate to have my time wasted by other people and I did not appreciate being lied to. I understand there are situations that hold people up but let the customer know ahead of time. Don't have the customer searching after you. Other than that I was totally impressed at how clean our carpets are. They had never been cleaned and I certainly did not expect them to look as good as they do. I would certainly use Service Master again and would recommend them with a warning about the the service man being late.
Everything looked great after the cleaning. Workers were careful and polite.
My couches were cleaned thoroughly and I love the job he did.
