VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH SERVICE. WENT THAT EXTRA MILE IN MOVING FURNITURE THAT I DIDN'T KNOW HOW I WOULD HAVE ACCOMPLISHED BY MYSELF.

Stains weren't lifted as I had hoped they would be. The machine left a weird texture in my carpet that doesn't seem to want to come out.
The work done was top notch and the technicians were friendly and caring about our home.
Personable and caring staff. Follow up on appointment time and schedule. Prompt arrival for appointment. Some services indicate they will arrive between 9-12 and you have to wait for the service. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. and they promply showed up at 8:00 a.m.

Service tech warned in advance that the cleaning may not remove the carpet stains and he was right, it did not. Also, the techs did not remove their shoes or use shoe covers for much of the time they were in the house, leaving bits of grass and dirt in the areas they were not cleaning. Had to clean up after the cleaners. Also, discussed ServiceMaster's capabilities for roof cleaning with the cleaning techs. They were kind enough to provide the name of the ServiceMaster service manager and phone number. Called and left a message to inquire about roof cleaning services but never received a return call. That business has been given to another contractor as a result.

Send people that want to work. I used ServiceMaster in the past and was pleased with the work they did, but not this last time. They wasted my time and theirs because they did not know what they were doing. They guy that was cleaning windows had to ask his co-worker what he had to do. Once he was finished, he went and sat in the truck. I had to ask him to go and help his co-worker. I also found 2 holes in my driveway from the powerwasher. I was not a happy camper that day.

We had the window-cleaning services for three rooms, including a sun room with one high rung of windows. The staff, especially Santos, were courteous and conscientious. He was also superb with analysis and problem-solving because of his experience. The estimate was a fair one. We are delighted with the quality of the work. ServiceMaster was recommended to us and we will be happy to recommend you to others.
overall they did a good job, but many of the spots are still in my rug. they are just little
ones...I can take care of myself. I think they rushed the job. It was very hot that day
although I had air and fans on. Think they wanted to get the job overwith and get on to the next
one before it got too hot. Can't blame them for that. Last year I was quite satisfied, just a
little disappointed this time. But I will have your services again and hope for a better job.

Cleaning was not what I expected for the price Of $540.00!!!!! We found fuzzies in the air vents,in the radiators,and broken clips for a the hood range filter that can't be fixed without taking off the hood.The carpet was cleaner but still had spots that were not fully removed.To me it would be a cleaning you would do for a general weekend.....NOT a PROFESSIOAL CLEANING.....This is for your Emmaus branch. I spoke with Terry the service man alittle the other day, He's to get back to me, I'll wait until Friday and see if I get a call....As you can tell I AM NOT HAPPY....I fell that was just money gone out the window...I am retired and on a fixed Income, that money could of gone to a better use...I live in Emmaus and thought I would give a local service the job...bad mistake!!!! I WOULD NOT recommend the Emmaus Servicemaster to anyone...Not for the job they did...it's not worth that kind of money!!!!!!!!!! Name removed
Salesman was pleasant---told us the floor would still be spotted.
Workers were nice and polite.
We were told it would be about two hours for two men with degreaser used on the spots but the men were here and gone within an hour. It was not a $400 job.
