Crew was efficient and personable.
The feed back I got on the cost for the services provided was dissatisfying to the customer.
Carpets came out like brand new. I was very impressed with Jorge Santiago's professionalism. He was at the residence on time, and after service was done i received a phone call from him telling me the service was finished. What i was very impressed with is instead of just telling me the service was done and carpets looks great, he gave me a run down on the stains that were lifted and the stains that weren't completely lifted but lightened. I would absolutely recommend service master clean to friends and family, and will be calling them again myself!
worker should take more time to check edges and underneath cabinets when cleaning them. I did appreciate the return to make a better job.

Service was great and very responsive. All the smells were removed, but unfortunately all the stains did not come up.
Be more careful with hoses - the corner of our basement wall was worn away by the hose rubbing down the stairs.

My appointment was made quickly and ServiceMaster got there at the appointed time, early in the day so I could take care of that and then get on with my day. My carpets look so much better!

very professional and kind. Only problem was I was quoted one price and service man said that I need to pay for an extra room.
$25 for a rug cleaning was too much - half of the rug is under the bed and only one side was cleaned. other than that - good experience
