This is some straightforward exercise. I haven't been able to walk in days. This is the conditioning that a body needs. I am just out of shape and suck a bit at this, but I know that I need it and will continue.
I mainly participating in class with Liam, Nick and Andrew. Around twice a week. I really like the fact that they're all checking our limits, always trying to push me over the limit and for sure won't let me go under my limits. Makes me feel limitless!!!

The instructor, Rebecca, was outstanding. She was positive, energetic and did a great job of explaining the sets and stations. The front desk was friendly, and I felt very welcomed at the studio. I can't wait to go back!
I really liked how we alternated between treadmill and floor, each time frame being different. It was easier to stay motivated and keep pushing myself when I knew it was only a 5 min session or 2 min session on the treadmill. I also loved the milestone program you guys have going. Definitely will be back for more!!
