I enjoy the intensity of the classes - they seem geared towards producing measurable results in a short period of time. I also enjoy the sense of community in the studio - trainers know my areas of strength and areas of growth and push me to improve every time.
A training team that is unique and varied and makes you work your hardest every single class. They know when to push you and when to let you do your thing and every class is different.

I liked how friendly the staff was and how easy it was to park. I felt like I got a great and challenging work out in only 45 minutes.
The workout is tough which is awesome - it works the entire body. Equipment is in good shape. Most instructors are good and personable. They don't appear to be phoning it in. Also, clean facilities.
Kadeem makes the class and that's why his class is always packed or sold out. He has a positive, high energy, non intimidating demeanor that keeps me going throughout the class. From his music choice to his gentle nudges (sometimes not so gentle), he really is a great addition. Thanks Burn60!

It was my first class and the front desk was very welcoming and understanding of me being a newbie - immediately put me at ease and happy to be there. The instructor, Rebecca, was wonderful as well - motivating without being over the top (which is counter productive for me).

Friendly staff, clean environment and Rebecca is awesome! It's a large enough class with a lot happening at the same time so naturally it’s hard to watch everyone. I have to commend Rebecca for trying to watch and help us ensure that actual exercise is being executed to the best of the “individual’s” ability and allow for modifications as needed to make certain that we are getting the most out of it. There’s a balance between your regulars who know the moves and the newbie’s just learning and I think Rebecca handles that very well. I’ve tried another high paced class and after the third class decided it wasn’t for me or that instructor wasn’t. My impression was that it was about packing the class with students with no real concern for instruction/execution or even space to perform the routine. This is a bit of a drive for me, but it’s been worth it.
I liked how you pushed me to my max. It was a great mix between cardio and strength training without even touching a weight. The instructor pushed us, then let us rest, then pushed us harder.
Great walk-through. Class was amazing. Just wish there were showers...
